Upcoming Events At The Western Canada Aviation Museum

The Western Canada Aviation Museum has announced some upcoming events, including an evening of family fun with the one and only Santa.

Taking place tomorrow, Friday December 17th, carols, crafts, activities and a visit from Santa will take place at the museum from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Directions to the museum can be found here.

Other events throughout the rest of December and into January include:

  • An RCAF Women’s Division display containing photos and artifacts from the World War II era;
  • An evening presentation on Elsie MacGill, the world’s first female aeronautical engineer;
  • And lastly, from now until February 4th, airline captain and photographer Peter Lubig’s collection of photographs from 2009’s Cross-Canada Century Flight, will be on display for the public.
