How Do You Like Iceland?

Hello there!

Beginning in June 2010, travellers will be able to fly directly to Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF) from Winnipeg (YWG). With two flights a week - every Wednesday and Saturday -  travellers can either chose to visit Iceland, or connect to other parts of Europe through Iceland Express. London, Copenhagen and Paris are just a few of the many destinations (27 in total) added to the low-cost airline.

The addition of these flights also bring in many tourism opportunities for Winnipeg and the province of Manitoba. Having another European market for Manitoba's tourism industry is always great news.

The country of Iceland is also a great place for those who love to travel. Whale watching, glacier climbing, spouting geysers and many other natural wonders will give any traveller plenty to do.

Want to know more about Iceland? I know I sure do!

Check out the How Do You Like Iceland? blog presented by Iceland Express, Iceland's low-fare airline. This blog covers everything from Icelandic nature, nightlife, adventure, shopping, eating, drinking, recovering and much more.

Go on, read it.
