Baggage services are offered on the Arrivals Level adjacent to Carousel 1. Air Canada and WestJet have their own offices, while a third is commonly used by other airlines. Arrangements need to be made to access the common use office, as it is not staffed. Delta and United Airlines baggage service desks are in the Customs Hall.
