Pets at the Airport

Animals may enter the Terminal Building when:

  • It is a service animal for a passenger or visitor of the airport
  • It is a house pet properly contained in a kennel, is in a pet carrier or is carried ‘in arms’
  • It is a dog used by enforcement agencies, such as customs or police officers

Please contact your airline for guidelines and regulations for flying with pets.

There is a designated animal relief area, in a park like setting, just outside Door #3 on the Arrivals Level for service animals and other animals in transit. Turn right on exiting the Terminal Building and follow the sidewalk to the green space.
